Today, TONI&GUY USA thrives under the leadership of Zak Mascolo, CEO, and Joshua Marzioli, President.  


As CEO, Zak Mascolo, As CEO, a third-generation hairdresser who grew up within the TONI&GUY family, brings a modern vision to the brand while honoring its rich heritage of artistic 
excellence and education. Zak’s firm belief that at the heart of creativity is formal education has driven him to help hairdressers around the world find their individual creative voice through both 
foundational and advanced curriculum. He began his career as a child, assisting his father, Guy Mascolo, in the TONI&GUY salons. For over 30 years, Zak has expressed his creativity through 
hairdressing, with a particular focus on education. “Never Stop Learning” is the motto. Throughout his career, Zak has earned numerous prestigious accolades, including winning the Contemporary 
Classic category at the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) in 2005. He was also named one of five finalists for North American Hairdresser of the Year in 2006. Under his leadership, 
TONI&GUY USA has become a leader in the hairdressing industry, revolutionizing the field by providing world-class hair education to Independent School Districts (ISDs). Zak’s commitment to 
high-level education continues to shape the next generation of hairstylists, equipping them with the tools, techniques, and creative knowledge needed to excel in their careers. 


As President, Joshua Marzioli plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of TONI&GUY USA. Growing up with the company, Joshua has been immersed in 
the TONI&GUY culture from a young age, with his family being integral to the brand’s success since its inception. His deep-rooted connection to the brand allows him to maintain the core values 
while pushing the company forward. Joshua’s keen focus on business development and innovation ensures that the brand not only remains at the forefront of the industry but also sets new standards 
in both services and education. His ability to streamline operations, identify new opportunities, and foster 
strong partnerships has been instrumental in the company’s continued success and expansion. Joshua’s leadership extends beyond day-to-day management—he’s the driving force behind many of

As the Creative Director, Rome Mascolo brings a wealth of creativity and a deep passion for hairdressing. As the wife of Zak Mascolo, she adds a unique dynamic to the family-owned 
business, bringing a personal and collaborative approach to the leadership team. Rome’s deep connection to the brand and her shared vision with Zak strengthens the family’s legacy, ensuring that 
TONI&GUY USA remains true to its roots while embracing innovation and forward-thinking creativity. 


As the Operations Director, Rachel Loesch has been a dedicated hairdresser since high school, making her career with the company a true labor of love. With an in-depth understanding of the 
inner workings and needs of TONI&GUY USA, Rachel plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the business. Her years of experience have given her an invaluable perspective on 
what drives success within the company, making her an essential part of the team. Known for her kindness, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment, Rachel is often described as the glue that 
holds everything together. Her approachable nature and dedication to the brand’s core values make her a beloved and trusted leader at TONI&GUY USA. 


As the Education Director, Cierra Heatherly is a committed and passionate educator whose energy and enthusiasm inspire everyone she works with. With a background as a model in the 
fashion industry, Cierra brings a unique perspective to her role, combining her deep love for the TONI&GUY brand with an eye for trends and style. Additionally, Cierra was a competitive 
dancer for 18 years, performing in every Dallas Cowboys halftime show from the age of 5 to 18 years old. In 2006, she won American Dance Idol, a victory that showcased her and artistic 
excellence. Her experiences in dance have honed her ability to teach with creativity, precision, and performance flair, making her a standout mentor for future stylists. Known for her lively 
personality and nurturing approach, Cierra is dedicated to fostering growth and excellence in the next generation of stylists. As a true TONI&GUY advocate, she embodies the brand’s values, 
leaving a lasting impact on both the team and the industry.
