Introducing: US United

The most major hair happening at TONI&GUY this year.

Bold, daring, adventurous, or cool—no matter what you call it, confidence is the shade that’s coming out on top this year. And it’s not surprising when you think about, either. In popular culture now more than ever, artists and celebrities alike are pushing an agenda where individuality is queen (or king). With that in mind, TONI&GUY is excited to share a new portfolio of all-inclusive styles for 2019, titled US United.

Equal parts nostalgic and of-the-moment, the collection takes its cues straight from the pages of comic books and the pop art movement of the late ‘50s to early ‘60s. Back then, two then-unknown artists by the names of Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol spearheaded a status quo-challenging movement that sought to elevate mundane objects and everyday images into abstract expressions of art and beauty. Lovers of their work typified a new type of aesthete who favored clean lines and eye-catching styles over unnecessary tricks and frills—much like the core members of our TONI&GUY family.

In US United, no type of hair or age bracket is off-limits—and from grandma to grade schoolers, there’s a look to suit every taste. On the softer end of the spectrum, you’ll find styles like Melody, a shoulder-skimming lob in a pastel mist of lavender, rose, white, and orchid, and Tiffany, a long center-part with a gentle doll-like twist. On the wilder side, more animated styles like Paige, Andrea, Gaetano, and Chaz will find a home in those looking to tear up the rule book. Think: striking asymmetry, a flash of primary colors, and a loud pop of bubblegum pink.
