Our goal is simple
We provide each client with a highly educated hair stylist who can make them look good and feel good. We establish relationships with satisfied clients who return often and recommend us to friends and family.
Our revenue model is based on providing clients with price points that fit every budget. We want to be a salon for the entire family. We focus on multiple touch points throughout the client visit to enhance their experience, with an emphasis on educating the client on how to maintain or reproduce the look at home, including prescribing tools and products for use.

To reduce your initial investment, TONI&GUY offers a streamlined new build, as well as a conversion option, which helps keep your investment low.
Franchisee Fees:*
- $15,000 for an salon conversion
- $20,000 for a new build salon
Build Out Costs:*
For a new build salon we estimate between $316,900 and $598,500 dependent on the size and condition of your new location.
**Salon conversion costs are based on a case-by-case analysis and are dependent on the size and condition of your existing salon. Salon conversions can range between $108,650 and $289,500.
Once your salon is opened, there is an ongoing royalty fee of 6% for revenues up to $1m, 5% for revenues up to $2m, 4% for revenues above $3m. Gross sales calculation can be based on multi unit revenues if you qualify.
