Sandra Chandler- Owner/Director: Opened the Colorado Springs Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy in 1996. Sandy has played a pivotal role as a stylist, school owner, salon owner, and business manager. She operates the Colorado Springs Toni&Guy Salon along with her son Steve Chandler. Sandy and her support staff focus on the student and strive to provide the highest quality of education possible. She believes that personalized service and commitment play an integral part in creating a lifelong relationship between Toni&Guy and the student.
Leah Lewis- Assistant Director/Director of Recruitment: Graduating from the University of Louisville with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Leah comes from a background working in non-profit community service and volunteering. Leah lives by the Spotlight culture, Toni&Guy the Academy and the overall brand has been a perfect fit for Leah since she started with the company in August 2009. She is most passionate about the student's success and accomplishment of their dreams and goals for their future.
Morgan Duhamel- Financial Aid Administrator: Morgan has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Morgan joined the company in October of 2010 and has embraced the Spotlight Culture. She is excited to learn and grow in this position and be a part of the student's lives during their time at the academy. It is Morgan's goal to give the best Financial Aid information and service to all students. Morgan enjoys seeing the students reach their potential and gain experience in their time with Toni&Guy.
Jelene Donatlan- Director of Education: Jelene has always had a passion for educating and giving back to others. Her enthusiasm for teaching as well as her love for the hair industry continues to inspire and motivate students to their maximum potential. Jelene is a great team leader and her passion for her work shows though each and every day.
Julie Harbin- Administrative Assistant: Julie has been with the company since October 2009 and has gained an immense amount of experience during her time here that makes her a pivotal part of our team.. Julie's position is multifaceted, a few of her job duties entail maintaining the student time clock, files, record keeping and supporting the academy staff.
Melissa Daigle- Visual Merchandiser/ Salon Coordinator: Melissa has been with the Academy since August 2011 and has wonderful enthusiasm for her work. Melissa’s favorite part about her job is that she gets to interact with people from all walks of life and gets to develop relationships with clients and our students.

Our instructors at the Toni&Guy Hairdressing Academy come from a variety of salon and educational backgrounds, but one thing they have in common is their deep passion for education. At the Toni&Guy Colorado Springs Academy our instructors are always challenging themselves and taking their own education to the next level, which they in turn give back to the students. Our instructors are the foundation of our Academy and their hard work can be seen through the success of our graduates. From the freshman classroom to the graduation ceremonies the instructors are side-by-side with our students through the most challenging and rewarding times in their educational journey.
The Colorado Springs Academy was honored to participate in the 13th Annual Veterans Stand Down.
The Academy participates in this event every year as a way to give back to the community and local heroes.

Students completed over 100 hair cuts,as a part of preparing
veterans to re-enter the workforce
and find stability throughout their lives.
Veterans were given clean clothes, a wonderful meal, as well as medical and housing assistance.
This is one event that the Academy looks forward to participating in every year!
