Hey Boise Idaho..Come by the Academy and buy a raffle ticket for our fabulous product basket. The money goes towards the Student Soiree on Saturday March 31rst. The Soiree is a high-energy hair fashion event that allows our students to showcase what they have learned at the Academy. The Soiree this year will be help downtown at the Egyptian Theatre.

Q: What most excited you about having the opportunity to attend TONI&GUY?

A: I love learning new skills and don't believe one person has to be set in a single career forever. TONI&GUY is the best and I plan to use my skills to open the best salon in Eagle, Idaho.

A: Hip Hop Hustle Instructor, freelance journalist, own my own design business, and I am a Nanny...No real time for too many actual hobbies.

A Special Olympic athlete gave back in a unique way. Bobby Barnes has been growing his hair out for over a year. He decided to donate his hair to the Locks of Love organization, which makes wigs for people who suffer from long-term medical hair loss.

Student Shane Jensen had the honor of cutting Bobby's hair.

Blog Post: Look What "Selling the Most Tickets" can get TONI&GUY students in Boise Idaho!!

Our Boise students had a competition for selling the most tickets to the "Student Soiree". The Soiree is a hair fashion show designed, created, and implemented completely by TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy students to strut their stuff for family and friends. The show was AMAZING, and they all worked so hard at selling tickets. The Grand Prize was a trip (all expenses paid) to Seattle for the "Fashion Focus Hair Show".

It was such a close competition, but in the end there can only be one winner.... actually in this case TWO winners. The winners were within just a few tickets of eachother...................so we decided to give them both the opportunity to go.

Congrats to Candice Conlin and Mary Jane Berber. Thank you for your hard work and the inspiration and passion you show all of us everyday at school.

Boise Idaho Students are the Cat's Meow.

Welcome Paul Joseph to Boise Idaho Academy!

Students and Staff were taken by surprise, (a wonderful surprise), when Paul Joseph, Founding Director of TONI&GUY, walked into their school. Paul Joseph joined Bruno Mascolo in expanding the culture of TONI&GUY. Paul Joseph has taken the TONI&GUY educational phenomenon across the United States and Canada.

Paul Joseph has said “we are committed to artistic quality and legendary customer service”.

I had a little bit of Q & A time with Jocey....and here is what she had to say about herself and her year at TONI&GUY..

Q: What excited you about beginning your career in cosmetology?

J: Making people feel good about themselves.

Q: What most excited you about having the opportunity to attend TONI&GUY?

J: A new and exciting career path.

Q: What are your hobbies?

J: Working out, hanging out with family and friends, singing in my car, movies, make-up, doing hair, traveling, bike rides, and loving life!

Q: Tell me one quirky personality trait you have that makes you unique.

J: Happy all the time and laughing all the time.

Q: When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?

J: A SUPERMODEL!

LET'S DO IT AGAIN TREASURE VALLEY!

Toni&Guy students were part of a "Operation Valentine" with one of our local radio station, Kissin '92. Students made some OUTRAGEOUS and GROOVY hand made and crafted Valentine's Day Cards! These cards were distributed to the men and women of our United States Armed Forces all over the world.

Our students truly LOVE being part of community work. "Way to Go", to some awesome students.....
