Save the date! On April 2nd from 3-6pm, the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy-Atlanta will be hosting "More Than A Mane" an Open House Event. This event is being organized by the Business Committee, Jr. B students Karel Angus & Ersela Evans, Sr. B student Valerie Halick and Freshmen Instructor Susan Stapler Mondore. This event was designed to let people know that this career path is about more than doing hair, but "this industry is also an opportunity to allow your artistic vision to come alive through the experience you provide each of your clients," says Karel. Our committee looks forward to making this an afternoon of education, fun and empowerment.

Students of the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy will host for our invites various educational workshops to include testimonials, personal branding, snazzy product and styling demonstrations as well as a fashion showcase as the events’ finale. We will also have a presentation where various alumni of the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academies across the country will share their words of wisdom, their experiences in cosmetology school and what avenues they have pursued since their graduation.
This event will allow our students to gain business management and leadership skills as well as practice presentating in public. Our goals are to expose the vast opporotunities available in the cosmetology industry to those who are interested in pursuing this field and to encourage industry professionals to join the TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy-Atlanta network whose mission is to demonstrate this career path is fun AND lucrative!
