His accomplishments  include leading the creative team and managing all classes for the TIGI  Advanced Academy in New York for 10 years prior to returning to TONI&amp;amp;GUY  full time in 2009. Shortly thereafter, a colleague of his sent him TONI&amp;amp;GUY educational books and videos, thus striking Paul Josephs interest to fly to London to negotiate &amp;lsquo;One of the Biggest Educational Events&amp;rsquo; with TONI&amp;amp;GUY in Honolulu. This event produced the Biggest Hair Show ever to be seen in the Hawaiian Islands. With the help of Paul Joseph, TONI&amp;amp;GUY was exposed by 3 major television networks, did the hair &amp;amp; makeup on 4 major magazines covers, and sold out their show and education event the next day. After the vast success of exposure for TONI&amp;amp;GUY in the Hawaiian Islands, at Bruno Mascolo&amp;rsquo;s request Paul Joseph took the TONI&amp;amp;GUY educational phenomenon across the United States and Canada--Hairdressing would never be the same. The tour across America left hairdresser wanting more and more. In 1984, Bruno Mascolo decided to move to America and invited Paul Joseph to work with him in creating the first TONI&amp;amp;GUY Hair Salon and Advance Training Center in Dallas, TX.&amp;nbsp; Paul Joseph, Founding Director of TONI&amp;amp;GUY, joined Bruno Mascolo in expanding the culture of TONI&amp;amp;GUY with the first base of operations establishing in Dallas, TX, Paul Joseph is now an integral member of TONI&amp;amp;GUY International Artistic Team continually traveling to share the TONI&amp;amp;GUY education and culture which has always been to upgrade the salon industry.&amp;nbsp; Paul Joseph has worked amongst some of the best salons in the America&amp;rsquo;s as an Educator for 20 years to being the voice behind Anthony Mascolo for shows internationally and nationally. She began to focus her career on education, helping to develop the methodology of TONI&amp;amp;GUY Hairdressing. This methodology created a four point system that made hairdressing easy for aspiring hairdressers to learn.  She also became a member of the Artistic Team, traveling and demonstrating to salons across the nation. Ultimately, Lenore became involved with training the Artistic Team. Committed to the growth of the Salon Division, Lenore was named General Manager and focused on managing the Artistic Directors of each salon and creating a balance between business and artistry. She oversaw the educational department while coaching new salon partnerships on their path to a successful business with TONI&amp;amp;GUY. Adding to her role as General Manager, Lenore took the opportunity to manage the Marketing and Public Relations department in 2003. Having completed a hairdressing apprenticeship Debbie went on to own and manage a salon. After relocating to the United States in 1991, Debbie joined TONI&amp;amp;GUY at the Sherry Lane salon in Dallas as a Salon Coordinator while waiting for her cosmetology license. Having studied business and accounting in college, Debbie was able to combine her love for business with her passion for hairdressing and was quickly promoted to Salon Director of the Sherry Lane Salon as soon as she received her TX license. Eighteen months later Debbie was promoted to Regional Salon Director overseeing the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex. In this role Debbie was instrumental in automating the salon division, implementing the computerized point of sale and appointment booking system in salons nationwide. In 1999, Debbie was promoted to the position of Managing Director of the Salon Division, in 2006 to Executive Vice President and in 2010 to Executive Vice President &amp;amp; Chief Operating Officer for both the salon and academy divisions where she is currently responsible for overseeing daily operations at all company owned locations and acts as a consultant for partnership salons &amp;amp; franchise academies nationwide. Debbie was inducted into the TONI&amp;amp;GUY Hall of Fame in 2003. When TONI&amp;amp;GUY opened its first Academy in 1990, Zo&amp;euml; became the Advanced Education Director and created the class formats and curriculum that helped establish TONI&amp;amp;GUY Advanced Education as a leader in hairdressing education.  In 2001 Zo&amp;euml; joined the TIGI Education Division overseeing both U.S. and International educational events and the TIGI Ambassador program. Kimber attained her bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas in 1993, and while working full-time, continued her education at the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, from which Kimber earned her juris doctorate in 2000.  As Director of Human Resources, Kimber worked diligently to add to the benefits offered by the company, and expanded the human resources, payroll and benefits departments in order to better serve TONI&amp;amp;GUY team members nationwide.  Additionally, Kimber has worked closely with department leaders company-wide in an effort to combine best human resources practices with successful operations.
